eQHealth Solutions, Inc. Board of Directors

The current board of directors of eQHealth Solutions Inc. consists of seven members. (Two physician member seats are vacant at this time.) The affiliations and length of appointment for current members are as follows:

Alfreda Tillman Bester – Attorney, Tillman Bester & Associates; Business and Health Care Consultant; publisher, editor and founder of “Perspective News Magazine, LLC” - served three years from September 30, 2007 to December 2010. Reelected to an additional three year term on December 10, 2010 which will expire November 2013.

Bret A. Clesi – Human Resources Consultant (Served three years from November 18, 2006-2009. Reelected for an additional three year term on December 4, 2009. Term ends November 2012.)

Jeffrey W. Coco, MD, private practice, Internal Medicine Specialist, New Orleans, Louisiana – elected to a three year term on December 10, 2010 - term expires on November 2013. (Eligible for reelection to one additional two year term.)

Leonard B. Kancher, MD, private practice, Internal Medicine, Metairie, Louisiana – ExOfficio Board Member, former Chairman.

Elliott C. Roberts, Sr. – Retired Hospital CEO, Medicare Recipient and Professor, LSUHSC – School of Public Health (Served a three year term from January 2008, and was reelected on April 28, 2011 for an additional three year term to expire January 2014.)

Leo Stanley (Consumer Representative) – Retired, Medicare Recipient (Served partial year from January 1, 2009 through November 18, 2009. Reelected for an additional three year term on December 4, 2009. Term ends November 2012.)

The cap on service of board members is six years.

Elections to the board of directors are typically made at the November board meeting.

Approximately 20% of the board is appointed each year.

Board members are compensated $175.00 per hour for any work related to the activities of the board and are reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in attending board meetings and board approved conferences.
