Mental Health Clinical Care Reviewer/Coordinators

Health Care Team Manager

This position is multifaceted and requires a level of leadership skills that strengthens team relationships. This position is part of a management team that is responsible for assisting in enhancing the skill set of a diverse multidisciplinary public programs clinical team in a non-traditional evidenced based clinical setting. Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills a must.

Successful candidate will have or MUST be Mississippi licensure eligible. Such as an RN or LCSW with a background, that includes solid management experience, knowledge of utilization and/or quality assurance review processes and an intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products. First Level Reviewer

HealthSystems of Mississippi, the Medicaid utilization review organization for Mississippi, has a full time opportunity for a qualified medical professional. The ideal candidate must have an RN license in the State of Mississippi, three years of clinical experience or two years clinical experience and one year of utilization review. All types of clinical experience considered, however, mental health, surgical and terminal illness experience preferred. This position conducts first level Web, fax, telephone and mail based clinical reviews. Excellent benefit package including the ability to work from home.

Therapy Supervisor and Appeals Specialist

Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist or B.S. degree in Nursing with Mississippi RN license required.  If RN, must have Rehab or Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy experience.   Minimum two years relevant experience in acute care/ambulatory care.  UR or CM experience required.  Supervisory experience required.
